I had an absolutely stunning stay at Firefly Luxury Suites. the combination of spacious, well-equipped rooms and attentive staff made my experience lovely. The location was perfect for skiing and exploring Zermatt, with fantastic outdoor views that I could enjoy from my balcony. While I did find the walk to the train station a bit lengthy, the availability of shuttle services made it manageable.
